Paste up to 20 tracking numbers, one per line or separated by commas.
Drop the HPE ops workbook (SND daily) or the DGF air-shipment report. Open shipments get the latest DHL tracking; delivered ones are updated.
The spreadsheet never leaves your browser. Only the tracking numbers are sent to DHL; formatting, formulas and other sheets are kept as they are.
DGF air-shipment report (the 'Page1' export with Tracking Number (HAWB, BOL), Possession and Delivery Date columns) is recognised automatically from its headers. Open rows are the ones with no Delivery Date. Only open rows with a Possession date in the last 30 days (adjustable) are looked up, oldest first, up to the max lookups per run (DHL allows a limited number of lookups per day, and the count resets at 8 PM ET). Only blank Out for Delivery, Delivery Date and Air POD Equivalent cells are filled, in the column's own date format, and only when a DHL scan clearly supports it. Existing values are never changed. A dated DHL status (YYYY-MM-DD) column is added at the end, plus an Open shipments sheet that lists every open row with possession date, days open, latest DHL status and a STALE flag (open more than 14 days). Older rows are listed as 'outside 30-day window', and rows over the cap as 'not checked this run'. When DHL says delivered but only has an out-for-delivery scan, nothing is filled and the row is flagged confirm POD.
Always confirm the POD before sending the report to the customer. DHL can mark a shipment delivered based on an out-for-delivery scan.
